Return Policy

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. However:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

  1. Returns must be initiated by email to fashonara9@gmail.com
  2. The request must include your order number and the reason for a return
  3. We do Not provide prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  5. The products that are returned without a return request wont be accepted
  6. Items must be received in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
  7. The products that are returned with obvious signs of usage, with makeup,  or any stains with be subject to denial.

 

Exceptions:

Certain products cannot be returned

  • 1. sale items
  • 2. gift card products
  • 3. promotion products
  • 4. All $25 and under marked down products are the final price.

 

Exchanges:

We do not exchange. 

A new purchase needs to be made once your item is received by us.
